BEFORE THE EVENT

  • By Wednesday, September 25th: Please have all students register via the FOR STUDENTS tab.  (This is first come, first serve so please have students fill out asap).​ We will try to give first choice to seniors.

  • PREP: Please make sure students have a portfolio of 6-25 pieces ready to go (actual pieces or on iPads/Computers), they dress professionally, and take notes/ask questions of college reps. Have them bring a pen/pencil, tote bag, and water bottle.

  • By WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25th: Please ask students if they want a catered sandwich or if they want to bring a lunch. If they want a catered sandwich, EACH STUDENT will need to fill out THIS ORDER FORM (or you can do it for each student). If you would like to give them a hard copy form and then fill out the form per student yourself, that is fine as well. I will send each teacher an invoice with their Panera order form total. You can also check what your students ordered HERE.

DAY OF THE EVENT:

DROP-OFF/ARRIVAL: Please arrive NO LATER THAN 9:00 am.  Please have buses drop you off by Door 20B.  We will have a staff member or NAHS student meet you there and there will be signs.  You can park in LOT 4 if you are driving a school van. We will have t-shirts for teachers and name tags for the students. EVERYONE must wear a name tag for the entire day for security reasons.  Please tell your bus driver to park in LOT 4 for the day.

UPON ARRIVAL: Students will also be using StriveScan to register with the schools so please make sure they have a charged phone and charger with them (they will have a WiFi password for the day).  There will be a brief overview of the day beginning at 9:30am.

LUNCH: For teachers and students will be from 11:30-12:15.  Lunch will be catered for teachers and students MUST bring their own lunch or they can order Panera (fill out the order form by September 25th).

 

DUTIES: Each teacher will be assigned a duty.  CLICK HERE TO SEE YOUR ASSIGNED DUTY.  We ask that you help with your task to make sure things run smoothly and on time.  If you are not assigned a duty at a particular time, we ask that you encourage your students to go get portfolio reviews and attend college presentations.  If one of your students is just sitting around doing nothing, please tell them to go sit in on a college presentation. Also, you will be given a t-shirt to wear during the day so it's easy to spot you and so our security can easily identify you in the school.
